"However, every possibility of dominance must be eliminated, as well as imposition of solutions, rights' deprivation, unilateral revision of the Dayton agreement though incorrect interpretations of the peace accords and irregular implementation of the same, introduc tion of terms 'reintegration' and similar ones which do not stand in the Dayton papers", warned Krajisnik. SARAJEVO - The president of the RS National Assembly Momcilo Krajisnik, talked in Pale with IFOR commander, viceadmiral Joseph Lopes, on the recent elections and the situation in Prije dor. Lopes congratulated Krajisnik for winning the elections for threemember presidency of B-H, and announced the continuation of work on certain issues. BANJALUKA - I am pleased for the elections passed without incidents, but the OSCE is purposelessly delaying the announcing of the complete results, stated the RS foreign minister Aleksa Buha, in Banjaluka. "The counting of votes should have been completed earlier, but some problems emerged, so probably this is the reason why the OSCE is waiting to see them resolved and then to announce the final results", stated minister Buha. BANJALUKA - The SDS presidential candidate Biljana Plavsic won, according to latest unofficial returns, 639,675 votes or 65.57 percent out of counted 975,089 ballots. The candidate of the Alliance for Peace and Progress, Zivko Radisic, won 16.59 percent of votes, and on the third place belong to Party of Demo cratic Action's candidate, Adib Djozic, who won 10 percent of votes. SARAJEVO - The president of the RS Electoral Commission, Svetislav Stanojevic, announced in Pale that the counting of votes in RS was finished, and that the final results would be announced at a press conference. He added that the SDS dominantly won, with over 60 percent of votes at all electoral levels. BRUSSELS - By polarising dividing the constituency in RS and thus disabling its representative to be the first president of the Dayton B-H, those who thought of themselves to be keen in policy gave the best gift possible to opposers to the Serbian state, concludes the World Congress of the Serbs, based in Paris. In an announcement, the Congress warned that the consequences of this situation might be serious if not even tragic. ROME - The Italian media transmitted a statement of the newlyelected member of the B-H presidency, Momcilo Krajisnik, granted SRNA, assessing that his word positively echoed in the world public. "These words show the relevant realism and politi cal pragmatism of this politician", stressed the Italian news agency ANSA. STOCKHOLM - The Sweden paper "Dages Niheter" gave a portrait of the SAD presidnet and the future presidnet of the Dayton B-H, Alija Izetbegovic, pointing out that Islam in Bosnia today is closely associated with his name. While western intellectuals are attempting to represent Izetbegovic and his assistants as demo crats oriented towards a multicultural society, the Serb media show his as a proven Islamic fundamentalist, says the paper. BEOGRAD - The RS representative in the Arbitration Commis sion for the interentity area around Brcko, Vitomir Popovic, stated that the international community is constantly exerting pressure upon RS to give up Dayton accord maps, which clearly define the subject of the arbitration. In an interview for the newest issue of the Belgrade's magazine "NIN", Popovic pointed out that "in the Dayton agreement it was clearly stated that the subject of the arbitrage was not the city of Brcko itself, but 250 square kilometres which belong to RS".
