ZMIJANJE - While on visit to Zmijanje in the scope of Serbi an Democratic Party (SDS) preelection campaign, the vicepresi- dent and acting president of Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Palv sic, called upon all Serbs "not to neglect historic experiences because they are necessary for a nation to step into future with more certainty". "Both lives and territories are secured only in an independent Serbian state. So, why to reunify with those who have taken us to slaughter for three times in this century? We want brotherhood and unity but we want them with all the Serbs in the Balkans, in a single state called Serbia", stated Proff. Biljana Plavsic, the SDS presidential candidate for the upcoming elections. While speaking at the Kocic's rely (Petar Kocic - distinguished Serb poet) held in Zmijanje, she called the Serbian people to resist the propaganda, run by the levist parties. The Kocic's rely was also attended by the SDS candidate for vice president, RS prime minister Gojko Klickovic and the second vice president Nikola Koljevic.

SARAJEVO - Three persons wounded - among whom a federal policemen - is the result of an armed cash last night in the Sarajevo suburb of Dobrinja 1. The International Police said the incident took place nearby the Sarajevo airport, in the border between the CoratMuslim Federation and RS.

AMSTERDAM - Since Croatia appeared as a serious obstacle to Muslim intentions at creation of a unitary Bosnia, a series of accusations have been published in the Holland press on the account of Zagreb. Holland journalist seem to suddenly recall all Zagreb's sins, starting from 1991, thus proving that the suffering of the Serbs in the Republic of the Srpska Krajina was knowledgeable from the very first beginning, provided that the public condemnation of Corat policy was not in line with the then interest of their media.

HAMBURG - The chief prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Richard Goldstone, accused Croatia, in his interview for the German weekly Zeit, of war criminals being still at large in its terri tory. Goldston failed to answer directly whether the recent trip of the RS delegation to the Hague would bear fruit, in view of its demands for indicting Croatian president Franjo Tudjman and the Bosnian Muslim leader Alija Izetbegovic on war crimes.

SARAJEVO - The OSCE disqualified over 100 candidates of the five Muslim opposition parties coalition embodied into the Joint List for B-H, reports the German Radio Deutche Wele. While refer ring to statements from the Joint List B-H press conference in Sarajevo, the German Radio reports these candidates cannot run for the elections for they were not registered as voters at 1991 elections.

BERLIN - Eight Bosnian Muslim were arrested in Berlin under charge of seizing about DM 100,000, even though the figure of Muslim refugees in Germany who are involved in criminal is much higher, writes the Berliner Zeitung. "This case will probably draw political consequences, for German citizens, who are regular tax payers, are feeling deceived", says the paper, adding that they will ask their politicians not to be such generous towards those seeking German hospitality.

CLEVELAND - The former US secretary of commerce, Ron Brown was not killed in the April 3 plane crash near Dubrovnik, but his murder was organised by Bill Clinton's administration, claims the US weekly Fatlight. The paper writes that Brown was killed be cause of numerous scandals of which he was expected to be sen tenced to prison.

BERLIN - The department of the Yugoslav Embassy in Berlin announced that all Serbs and other citizens of the former B-H presently working in this country, as well as those enjoying the status of refugees, have right to vote at the elections. In the announcement issued on August 22, the right to vote is applied to all adults who were registered in the 1991 census, and who are presently living in Germany or other countries.
