SARAJEVO - At the meeting of the vicepresident of Republi- ka Srpska /RS/ Velibor Ostojic and the leadership of the munici pality Vlasenica, held at Pale, it is agreed for the region of this municipality to dismantle the collective accommodation cen tres for refugees. The meeting, attended by minister for fight er's affairs and war disabled people in the government of RS Vojislav Radiskovic and the head of the Ministry for refugees and displaced persons Petko Obucina, convened to, within the frame work of enforcement of the Law on using the abandoned property, solve matters of accommodation of most vulnerable refugees and set the further strategy of planned inhabiting of the Vlasenica region.

SARAJEVO - The representative of RS in the Provisional Electoral Commission Slobodan Kovac appealed to the citizens of RS who are temporarily abroad to vote on September 14. in the country, "with aim of preserving achieved level of state of RS, set by Dayton Agreement". In the statement given to the Serbian television in Pale, Kovac stressed that September's elections, no matter the accordance to hold another elections for two years, have special importance for RS, "because in accordance with them many things will be measured and counted".

BANJA LUKA - The president of the People's Party of RS Radoslav Brdjanin stated today that the key for the solution of question who will be the president of RS, besides this, keep the Serbian Peasant's Party and Serbian Party of Krajina, who didn't nominate candidates for this highest state function. "The one who voters of these three parties give their votes will be the presi dent of RS", emphasised Brdjanin at the press conference.

DOBOJ - At the meeting of the Municipal electoral Commis sion and representatives of the political parties from the region of the Doboj municipality was said that at the September's elec tions in Doboj will participate 15 political parties from RS and CroatianMoslem federation, with 535 nominated candidates. For the impending elections it is created 89 polling stations and equally much Boards, in which will be included 712 representa tives of all political parties.

SREBRENICA - In the village Zalazje near Srebrenica were found the bodies of the four Serbian civilians, killed 1992. when, during the Moslem invasion, disappeared 50 Serbs from the srebrenica region. The evidence of this atrocity, committed by Moslems from Srebrenica against Serbian civilians, is obvious at the bodies with fractures of bones, smashed craniums, the traces of burning.

BANJA LUKA - The Serbian Peasant's Party accused, at the press conference, the international community and the Deputy of the High Representative Michael Steiner for obstruction of exhu mation from mass graves in MoslemCroatian federation and pre- venting the burials of the Serbian soldiers.

BANJA LUKA - The main office of the RS for housing renewal and reconstruction in RS and City planning institution, in coop eration with the Austrian firm "ESA" from Vienna, organised in Banja Luka the presentation of the products for building, of this foreign firm. "ESA", which between first showed interest for investments at the regions of RS, showed the structural machines for recycling the building materials, machines for producing the concrete products, equipment for brick factories and producing of concrete, as well as the new technologies of prefabricated building.

BANJA LUKA - The government of RS will do all to improve the material and social status of the workers in education, science and culture - it is concluded at the session of the city syndicate of RS for these areas, held in Banja Luka. The govern ment has already undertaken a series of measures so to provide the payment of the May's salaries to educational employees not later then August 20 - is concluded at the meeting, attended by the Minister of Education in RS government Nedeljko Rasula.
