SARAJEVO - The president of the National Assembly of Repub lika Srpska (RS), Momcilo Krajisnik talked in Pale with US ambas sador to Sarajevo, John Mensys. Following the meeting, held in camera, the participants refused to give any statement.

SARAJEVO - The judge of the Constitutional Court of Republi ka Srpska and its representative within the Provisional Electoral Commission, Slobodan Kovac, stated that during these days media have paid a lot of attention to informing and instructing of voters, but the domicile population neglects, to a great extent, to enter the voter registration lists.

NOVI SAD - US military expert James Perdue stated for the Vienna Standard that "it is apparent that US sees the Federation army as a mean for preventing disintegration of the nonSerb part of B-H and influence of Islamic countries". "Law on army was passed under a great pressure and with concrete promises by US. It calls for the unification of separatelyled Bosnian, Govern- ment and Croat forces", stated the chief of the US Team for Training of the CroatMuslim army.

BANJALUKA - The imposed sovereignty of Bosnia and Hercegovi na was neither ever achieved, nor completely established - a sovereign B-H did not even for a moment exist, stated Rajko Prodanovic, the candidate of the Democratic Patriotic Block for the Representative Home of the Union of B-H. According to him, "everybody who enter the joint institutions must defend the RS sovereignty on all issues guaranteed by the Dayton agreement, and, especially, the right to have special links with FR Yugosla via".

PRIJEDOR - At a press conference of the Prijedor branch of Serbian Democratic Party (SDS), presided by its president, Slobo dan Balaban and the press spokesman, Goran Kantar, material presenting the last week's activities of the body was distribut ed. A Staff for Elections comprised of 57 members and an Opera tive Staff comprised of 11 members, lead by the Prijedor branch president, Dragan Savanovic, were formed at a meeting of the Prijedor branch SDS.

PRIJEDOR - The press spokesman of the Prijedor branch SDS, Goran Kantar stated the "SDS is the corner stone of the RS state hood, and the Party's aim is survival of the Republic".

BELGRADE - The registration of refugees with the right to vote at the September elections in RS and the CroatMuslim Feder- ation, started at about 4,500 registration places in the FR Yugoslavia. The refuges from RS will fill out the socalled Form 1, while those from the CroatMuslim Federation Form 2. The registration will be conducted within the Associations of Serbs and refugee camps, etc.
