"The people of the Serb Herzegovina are witnessing an unseen campaign against historic figures Karadzic and Mladic, initiated by international powers, after having elicit by the hysteric policy, signatures guaranteeing them at least formally a free way for the realisation of genocidal antiSerb programme", says a telegram sent to Karadzic and Mladic from the meeting. BEOGRAD - In his letter sent to the chief prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Richard Goldstone, a Check professor Rajko Dolcek, wonders why the Tribunal as not indicted Izetbegovic and Tudjman, whose armies ethnically cleansed almost one million Serbs. ROGATICA - President of the Rogatica branch of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) Milorad Janokovic, warned that the train ing and equipping military effective of the CroatMuslim Federa- tion is peace threatening and jeopardises the Dayton agreement. Commenitng all the more aggressive AmericanGerman intentions at bringing Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic to trial at the Hague, Jankovic warned that such an action might provoke a general rebellion. ZVORNIK - The adoption of the Law on defence of the Croat Muslim Federation and issuing the arrest warrants against RS president Radovan Karadzic and the VSR commander Ratko Mladic is believed in Zvornik to be an additional pressure upon the whole Serbian nation to forgo its own state.
