SARAJEVO - The national Assembly of Republika Srpska /RS/ adopted at the 61 session at Pale the amendment to the Constitution of RS by which the Senate is introduced as advisory body of the highest constitutional institutions of Republika Srpska. It is anticipated that the Senate will be working with the issues of particular interest for political, national, eco nomic and cultural development of RS and to give opinion about issues from their field of work to the highest constitutional institutions. The delegates adopted the Law for commemoration area DonjaGradina, the Law about the citizenship, the Law about the rights of fighters, disabled war veterans and families of fallen fighters and the Trade Law. The Assembly adopted the Law about changes and amendments of the Law about inspection, control and payment of public revenues, as well as the Law for traffic of the explosive and incendiary materials. While discussing about the request of delegate Dobrisav Milinkovic for change and sup plement the Law about using of abandoned property the Assembly decided to accept the stance of the Government and reject this proposal as unfounded. The draft of enactment for foreign invest ments is adopted, with the conclusion that the delegates will send eventual claims about this to the government. The Assembly have brought the decision about announcement of elections in Srpska.

HAMBURG - The Serbs had, in confrontation with IFOR near HanPijesak, on Saturday July 6, won by points, and NATO gave the evidence of its weakness - concluded the commentator of the German news "Welt". The majority of German news are concluding that an incident near HanPijesak, when IFOR tried to make in- spection of the HQ of the Army of Republika Srpska, lead to the "ultimately dangerous situation", and the "Welt's" commentator noticed that "the Serbian party, as the answer to the IFOR's demonstration of power, in the moment mobilised the local inhabi tants and threatened to fire the NATO helicopters.

HAMBURG - The seven days long spectacle in Hague is nothing more than miserable attempt of Tribunal to disguise the lack of own competence, and whole procedure for evidence was only a spectacular show - comments the German "Spiegel". "By crushing the fundamental legal principles and inadmissible attempts of constructing the indication and requesting the ostensible wit nesses, all hopes that the Tribunal for war crimes committed at the region of the former Yugoslavia, would become the institution of the worlds juridical organ of the UN for punishment of war criminals, were destroyed.

LONDON - Parallel with the investigations of alleged mass graves near Srebrenica, British media started new directed wave of antiSerb campaign, crowned by tendentious propaganda lies that during the July last year the Army of the Republika Srpska killed at least 4.000 Moslem prisoners. Even before the experts counted the alleged victims and established the circumstances under which they suffered, the independent (?!) British televi sion /ITV/ in the report from Srebrenica "exclusively" assert that it,s the "greatest atrocity against civilians after the Second World War"

SAMAC - The commander of the First armoured IFOR brigade sector Northeast the colonel Gregory Fonteno categorically re- jected the possibility that IFOR would participate in eventual arresting of the commander of the HQ of RS Army general Ratko Mladic. At the press conference held in Samac the colonel Fonteno said: "It was not and it will not be the task for IFOR".

SARAJEVO - After the Dayton agreement, nobody guaranties any personal security, or security of property, and they are forced on silent exodus in RS or other countries. Every morning on some of Serbian houses appear the graffiti written in green colour: "Serbs, what are you waiting?" or "Serbs go away, or we shall kill you all!" - writes the SRNA journalist Zeljko Grujic.

STOCKHOLM - The Swedish radio pays great attention to the statement of the U.S. ambassador Robert Frowick at the Assembly of the Parliament OSCE, which is being held in Stockholm, that the president Radovan Karadzic must leave the function of the president of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/, if the Party wants to allowed to participate the election in September. According to the report of the Swedish radio, the Frowick was greeted by German delegates with a big applause, and the stormy discussion was deployed in which the dominated the issue of the representa tives of British representatives:"Would the elections become a farce, if Serbs were challenged to boycott?"

PARIS - In the Central Bosnia act more hundred of "mujahe dins" /mercenaries/, mostly from Iran, Pakistan and Lebanon, which represent the paramilitary formations of the Izetbegovic's Party of democratic action /SDA/, transmits the "International Herald Tribune" the writing of the "Washington Post".

BRUSSELS - The Belgium military officers from IFOR, which are in the MoslemCroatian federation, assert that there are still about 15.000 of the voluntaries and mercenaries from the Islamic countries. In the same time the U.S. assert that the real number drastically decreased.

SARAJEVO - The president of the Croatian democratic communi ty /HDZ/ for the former B&H Bozo Rajic warned in an interview to the Sarajevo magazine "Slobodna Bosna" that the Croatian Republic HercegBosna /HRHB/ will never allow that at Sarajevo would be created its government and personnel policy. Raic rejected ener getically Moslem's accusations that the reconstruction of the government of HRHB is in opposition to the agreements from Wash ington and Dayton, while reminding that the government of HB was created at the basis of the Plan for unification of three repub lics, at the end of August 1993.

PRIJEDOR - At Prijedor the session of the Municipal elector al commission was held, where the previous procedure for regis tration of voters was analysed and concluded that in this munici pality 55% of voters were registered in the Provisional electoral list. It is decided to print new placards and 3.000 leaflets, which will be thrown from the airplane tomorrow, to call the citizens to be enlisted for elections.
