HAMBURG - President of Republika Srpska (RS) Radovan Karad zic enjoys a broad support of the people and the vast majority of members of the Serb Academy of Science and Art, and his populari ty is in a growth on a daily basis, concluded the influential Swiss weekly Weltwoche. While referring to the mood among the residents of RS and the CroatMuslim Federation in hte prelection period, it predicts the upcoming elections "will most likely result in the division of the Former B-H into three parts, on the ethnical and statelegal base."

ATHENS - "Reactions of the international community represen tatives, primarily Germany and Great Britain, to the SDS proposal for Radovan Karadzic's candidacy cannot be accepted, for as such they represent involving into RS internal affairs", reports Greek Radio in referring to the reactions of the international communi ty to the SDS Pale Board's proposal for candidacy of Radovan Karadzic.

BONN - The ITPF spokesman in Sarajevo Aleksandar Ivanko stated that about 70 Serbs left this city due to Muslim harass ment, and warned that the UN are very concerned about new depar tures, reports Radio Deutche Vele. "Tens of Serbs can be expected to leave Sarajevo", warned Ivanko, and added that "The UN are in possession of a report that due to harassment, 22 persons left Blazuj, 50 Vogosca, while a large number of people intend to leave Ilidza, unless the situation shows any improvement."

BEOGRAD - The World Congress of Serbs sent an appeal to the public demanding "the Western Alliance to stop war games and begin to respect the legitimacy of RS and its democratically elected leaders". The Congress poses a question if the worldwide announced landing on Pale is also a part of the peacemaking ef- forts.

NOVI SAD - The Association of the Serbs for cooperation and assistance for the Serbs out from Serbia, called the Serbian people in whole to unity, wisdom and reasonableness in furthering Serb vital interests. A massage sent from the fifth session of the Association, points out at "detriment from the deepening political and other differences within the Serbian nation, be cause, at the present, the most endangered are the most essential political, economic and cultural interests of the Serbs."
