BEOGRAD - The vicepresident of Republika Srpska (Rs) Bilja- na Plavsic opposed to some claims that the RS leadership "is "not cooperative" and that it pursues the "isolationist policy". "It is not true, and it has no any sense. Although I cannot say that the Dayton agreement is something which meets all our interests, the implementation of the agreement is important for the RS, first of all because it brought peace to everyone", stated Plav sic in an interview published in "Nasa Borba".

DOBOJ - The OSCE called upon all political parties and independent candidates in the RS to register themselves for the upcoming elections in the former B-h. All political parties or independent candidates can get needed forms for registration in the OSCE Regional Centre in Banjaluka.

NOVI SAD - The chiefof-staff of the RS Army (VRS), general Ratko Mladic was not arrested in Yugoslavia, writes the Bel grade's paper "Vecernje Novosti", referring to the Information Service of the VRS HQ. "Vecernje Novosti" says that general Mladic, following the funeral of late general Djukic, returned to RS, and that yesterday "he carried out his regular duties on the ground".

BUGOJNO - The Muslim authority in Bugojno blocked the return of the Croats to this city, reports the Croatian Radio Herzeg Bosnia. The Radio quotes the president of the Croatian Democratic Unity (HDZ) Ivan Miletic, that "the Muslim authority, led by the president of Club of Deputies the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) in the CroatMuslim Federation Assembly, Dzevad Mlaco, reserved Bugojno only for the Croats".
