SARAJEVO - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republika Srpska /RS/ Aleksa Buha stated that dismissed Premier Rajko Kasagic, "by ignoring clear attitudes of the state institutions, on his own wanted to change the politics of the state govern ment". The Minister Buha stressed that "his not resourcefulness in this job lead to a series of Kasagic's statements and acts which incited the hopes of those who don't hide intentions to, through the implementation of the Dayton Agreement, cancel the state independence and borders of Srpska".

BANJALUKA - The dismissed RS Premier Rajko Kasagic asserted that the RS President Radovan Karadzic "had an constitutional right to dismiss him". At the Press release at Banja Luka he also presented quite contradictorily attitude that the President Karadzic is quite "not legitimate president". "We split in the matters of internal politics" explained Kasagic and, contrary to RS Government's decision, stated that he will continue his Premiers duty until the election of the new Premier.

BANJALUKA - The expremier of RS Rajko Kasagic talked today in Banjaluka with the High Representative of international commu nity Carl Bildt and the NATO Secretary General Javier Solana. Bildt stated he do not consider the yesterday's dismissal of Premier Kasagic as an legitimate act. Solana also stated that "he talked with Mr. Kasagic as the Premier, and so he will continue".

LONDON - The plan of the High Representative of internation al community Carl Bildt to conduct "a coup d'etat in Republika Srpska is prevented by the dismissal of the Prime Minister Rajko Kasagic", is stressed in the telex from BBC. A "Daily Telegraph" highlighted that "despite the U.S. assurances that President Karadzic was put aside and has less influence, obviously he represents a dominant power in RS".

UGLJEVIK - The Assembly of municipal organisation of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ expressed support for premier's dismissal and efforts of the President Radovan Karadzic for the clearance of negative matters between the RS state's staff. In the an nouncement is expressed a belief that "president Karadzic will persist in the defence of the Constitution, sovereignty and integrity of Srpska against those powers which want to cancel the results of the war and reintegrate former B&H".

BELGRADE - The president of the National Parliamentary Party Aleksandar Taskovic assesed that the dismissal of the RS premier is "justified, because Mr. Kasagic behaviour was as he was the premier of B&H Federation, not RS". At the Press conference at Belgrade Taskovic assesed that "Kasagic was succumbed under the pressure of international community and by his acting lead RS in the position to be drown in the unified Bosnia".

BELGRADE - Dismissals of RS premier Rajko Kasagic and the governor of the National Bank of Yugoslavia are not commented in Belgrade's media. If Kasagic's dismissal surprised Belgrade, For Avramovic it was prepared for along time, but reactions of the regime press are missing because of his popularity and a series of strikes of workers which support the governor.

ZVORNIK - The president of the Assembly of Zvornik munici pality Jovan Mitrovic stated that incursions of the Moslem terrorists in this part of the republika Srpska "only assert that Moslem purposely violate the peace, having a great understanding of IFOR, what represent a special danger".

BELGRADE - The German Minister of Foreign Affairs Klaus Kinkel came in one day visit to Belgrade. At the Belgrade airport Surcin he was met by his Yugoslav counterpart Milan Milutinovic, and should be received, during the day, by the president of Serbia Slobodan Milosevic.

PODGORICA - The Montenegro Government will decisively oppose any money production - stated today the Montenegrian Premier Milo Djukanovic, at the tribune of Podgorica University, organised on the theme "Montenegro on the threshold of the 21.century". While talking about the strategy of development of Montenegro, Djuka novic emphasised that "on the internal political area the basic objective must be stabilisation and development of democracy and that most important stage is the reconstruction of economy and privatisation.

SARAJEVO - Moslem police in Bugojno didn't release two members of the Croatian council for defence /HVO/,Mate Tvrdar and Davor Grubesa, arrested without any reason yesterday in Koprivnica, on the road BugojnoKupres. The representative of the office of government of Croatian Republic HercegBosna for prisoners ex- change Berislav Pusic stated for Croatian radio that "Moslems once again heavily violated Agreement on freedom of movement and the human rights."
