SARAJEVO - Under the auspices of UNHCR, at Geneva, began the
meeting of Work Group for Humanitarian Issues in the area of the
former Yugoslavia at which the problems of returning of displaced
persons, repatriation of refugees and their participating in
coming elections in Bosnia, will be considered. The meeting was
opened by the UN High Commissioner of Refugees Sadako Ogata, and
is attended by the representatives of Republika Srpska /RS/ - the
minister for refugees and displaced persons Ljubisa Vladusic and
the commissioner for refugees and humanitarian aid Dragan Kekic.
ZVORNIK - The vice president of RS Biljana Plavsic stated in
an interview for the today's issue of the Zvornik's newspapers
"The Voice of Serbs" that " the situation in Srpska is of the
great importance for all Serbs" because it is the "Piemonte of
Serbianship". "The destiny gave us the role of the home. The
Diaspora looks at RS in the same way, and not without the reason"
- stressed Plavsic.
SARAJEVO - The IFOR commander, the admiral Leighton Smith
and the High Representative of the international community Carl
Bildt will bring the final decision on the demarcation line at
Dobrinja, if, at Wednesday, May 15, 1996, the Serbian and Moslem
commissions for demarcation fail to reach an agreement - stated
at Lukavica IFOR's spokesman Max Mariner. While explaining why at
the last meeting, held on May 10, subcommissions of RS and Mos-
lemCroat Federation didn't reach an agreement, the lieutenant
Mariner said that Serbian and Moslem's proposals are different in
the approach to this problem. "Serbs suggest to talk about the
city quarters, i.e. blocks of buildings, while Moslems wish
single resident units solutions", stressed Mariner.
SARAJEVO - The Sarajevo authorities requested the immediate
release of seven Moslem terrorists from Srebrenica, which were
arrested by Serbian police officers on May 10, in the Zvornik
municipality, at the territory of RS. On this occasion the vice

opened to clarify the circumstances of this accident.

deposits in parts of MoslemCroat Federation, like those recently
transported to storage at Kladanj - claims Torino's "La Stampa".
According to this news, there is the chemical deposit at Kladanj,
characterised with "strong smell of the soap", and Moslem govern
ment, during many days, is expressing its wariness, because they
have no possibility to control what is happening in NATO bases
and the activities of its members.
MAGLAJ - The Moslem government at Maglaj forbade to Croat
priests and citizens, on the occasion of the Day of Leopold
Mandic, to make an religious ritual in the city's church - re
ported the Croatian radio of HercegBosna. The Croat delegation
was headed by Pero Franjic from Sarajevo, who had the intention
to participate the sermon, but they were prevented by Moslems to
