SARAJEVO - The RS National Assembly concluded its 58th session last night in Pale. The representatives supported the creation of a Committee for cooperation with the international community. All officials who are representing Srpska are obliged to act only upon the authorisation of the RS president and in accordance with the decisions of the RS Parliament.

SARAJEVO - The president of the Republic of Srpska, Radovan Karadzic, expressed satisfaction that the National Assembly supported his espose. "Many traps lie on our way, so that someone can give the enemy the impression, though not intentionally, that Bosnia might be integrated", said Karadzic after the Parliamen tary session.

SARAJEVO - The RS National Assembly president, Momcilo Krajisnik, stated at the end of the parliamentary session, that the report of RS premier Rajko Kasagic and the work of the gov ernment were particularily discussed at the session.

LONDON - Wellinformed British sources close to NATO in Brussels stated for the Times that the Allies and the Pentagon are predicting "more chaos" in the former B-H as soon as IFOR leaves Bosnia in December of this year. Because of this, NATO is thinking about the creation of IFOR2, whose nickname is "IFOR lite", because it will be smaller than the existing 60,000 force.

THE HAGUE - Neither NATO nor the Dutch authorities are willing to escort RS Army colonel Aleksa Krsmanovic from The Hague to Sarajevo, stated the Hague tribunal spokesman Christian Chartier. He said that colonel Krsmanovic will leave The Hague in the next 24 hrs.

BELGRADE - If it is proven that NATO used nuclear weapons during the bombing of Srpska, not only might the perpetrators but also the instigators of the use of such weapons find themselves before the Hague tribunal, stated Belgrade lawyer Dragan Vasil jevic. In the last issue of Telegraf, he said that "the use of chemical warfare agents and other weapons is punishable under Article 3 of the Tribunal Statute 'Violations of the Laws and Customs of War'".

ZURICH - In an article titled "Serb victims in mass graves", the Swiss paper Neue Zuericher Zeitung pointed out that "18 additional Serb corpses were exhumed from a mass grave in Mrkon jic Grad".

SOKOLAC - A OSCE Regional Center for the eastern part of Srpska was opened today in Sokolac. The main task of the center will be preparing, monitoring and implementing the upcoming elec tions in the region from Bijeljina to Trebinje. While responding to the question of whether the RS president will be allowed to participate in the elections, the vicepresident of the OSCE Provisional Election Commission, Kent Scott, stated that rules and regulations will be issued which will answer the question.

TUZLA - The American secretary of trade, Ron Brown, came to tour the RS, Croat/Muslim Federation and Croatia in order to find ways carrying out the reconstruction of the former B-H. Brown will talk today with the representatives of Zvornik, Orasje and Tuzla.
