The position of the RS Government is that all which will be agreed at this and other meetings, is delivered to the Government for verification. A platform for the next round of negotiations was also determined at the meeting. TREBINJE - The high representative of the international community, Carl Bildt, talked in Trebinje with Trebinje mayor about aspects of the implementation of the civilian part of the Dayton agreemtn in Herzegovina. "We discussed the use of roads and the agreement with the Croats on finding possibilities of the regular water and electricity supplying", stated Bildt. TREBINJE - In six municipalities of Eastern Hercegovina, 4,462 refugees from Serb Sarajevo were registered thus far in almost three months. The Trebinje Red Cross stated that the larg est number of registered refugees is accommodated in the Trebinje municipality, them 3,320, while the total number of refugees in the wide Trebinje region is 11,826. SARAJEVO - The abandoned property in the Republika Srpska (RS) territory can be used only by refugees and displaced per sons, which property left in the MuslimCroat Federation, stated today the deputy minister for refugees and displaced persons, Slobodan Ecimovic, in Pale. BANJALUKA - In an interview for tomorrow's edition of the "Glas Srpski", the RS minister of internal affairs, Dragan Kijac, assessed the political and security situation in the RS as satis factory, but warned that "intentions and objectives of our ene mies did not change, but are displayed in different forms", pointing out at "growing accusations of the Serbs of the alleged war crimes are getting extended". BANJALUKA - Banjaluka mayor, Predrag Radic, talked with the Swede ambassador to the RS and the MuslimCroat Federation, Eric Pierre, on political situation in the Banjaluka region and the rebuilding of wardevastated areas. Pierre stressed that there are about 60,000 refugees from the Former B-H in Sweden,the majority of whom wants to return their homes". Radic said that "the programme of repatriation and restoration of the wardamaged areas are closely connected". THE HAGUE - "I am not afraid of the return to Sarajevo, I do not feel guilty, and I do not want to testify before the Tribu nal, because I am aware of the role and responsibility, that I have as a witness", stated colonel Aleksa Krsmanovic, regarding a Decision of the Hague Tribunal to deliver him to the Muslim authority in Sarajevo. In the Hague, it was found that Krsmanovic was kept in detention as a potential witness, but not as suspi cious, but as he refuses to give any statement, the Tribunal will deliver him on April 3, at midnight, to those who arrested him. PODGORICA - SRNA's journalist and the author of the book "Tenth Circle II", Tihomir Burzanovic accused the present Muslim ambassador to Vienna, Hadzo Efendic, of war crimes against the Serbs in Bosnia. Burzanovic says that Efendic, as Gorazde mayor, addressed Muslim soldiers, who, on the St. Nikola Day 1992, killed 56 Serb women, children and elders in the villages of Gornja and Donja Josanica, half way between Gorazde and Srbinje. BEOGRAD - The president of the Democratic Party (DS), Zoran Djindjuc, confirmed that the Party was registered in the RS, where will participate at the upcoming elections. He stated that in the case of proportional electoral system, the Party will act independently since it is "the best way to determine the number of those who support it in the RS". BRCKO - About 60 Muslims, mostly women, from Maoca, visited graveyard in the Brcko community of Ivici. "The visit was maxi mally politicised, for it is very well known that Islamic law does not allow women the access to graveyards", say RS sources. BEOGRAD - The "Nikola Pasic" Branch of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS), warns that an unequal distribution of the interna tional aid will not contribute to the stabilisation of peace in the RS and the MuslimCroat Federation. "Out of 85 million Dol- lars, which the U.S.A. approved for the reconstruction of the Former B-H, the RS gets only $ 45,000, which surely will not better the relations between her and the Federation", stated the Party president, Jovan Glamocanin, at a press conference in Belgrade. /end/
