SARAJEVO - The Constitutional Commission of Republika Srpska (RS) drafted a Motion on conforming the RS Constitution with the Constitution of the B-H Federation, which Motion is to be made at the next Assembly session. Following a meeting of the Commission, its president and the president of the RS National Assembly, Momcilo Krajisnik, stated that "corrections of the Constitution are satisfactory and they do not significantly obstruct the independence of the RS".

SARAJEVO - The RS minister for refugees, Ljubisa Vladusic, and ambassadors and humanitarian workers discussed today in Pale the tasks and objectives if the Commission for displaced persons and refugees. Vladusic presented members of the Serb Commission for displaced persons - Jovo Miskin and Miroslav Gladanac - to the U.S. ambassador for humanitarian matters Brenson McInley, Swiss ambassador to Bildt's Sarajevo Office JeanDaniel Biyeley, and a representative of the international organisation for migra tion Richard Cocker.

SARAJEVO - The Operational Staff for Accommodating of Resi dents of Serb Sarajevo, concluded that in the Stari Grad and Novo Sarajevo Municipalities about 340 families who want live in the RS still remain in these municipalities. Aiming to evacuate them as soon as possible, the Staff appealed truck owners to maximally engage in their evacuation.

SARAJEVO - Two passengers were injured today near the Jewish Cemetery, when the Muslims stoned a bus. The bus for Sarajevo, was stoned while passing diversion from Lapisnica to Grbavica. The witnesses of the incident say IFOR idly watched the stoning.

SARAJEVO - In the last two days, IFOR stepped up its activ ity in Grbavica in order to prepare the ground for March 19 introduction of the Muslim police in this part of Serb Sarajevo. As SRNA learns, the majority of the Serbs, with a fair number of women and children are spending nights out of this community because they have no trust in the International Police Task Forces. IPTF do not prevent Muslim bandits from entering Grbavi ca, which brings additional intimidation among Serb residents who did not move out yet.

BEOGRAD - IFOR commander, admiral Leighton Smith, stated in Belgrade that "he cannot promise" the resolution of the problem which might appear in Grbavica after this community come under the Muslim authority, reports AFP. The IFOR commander talked in Belgrade with Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic, who, accord ing to Smith, showed "great interested" for the development of the situation in parts of Serb Sarajevo following the transfer of authority.

SARAJEVO - UN representatives in Sarajevo accused the Muslim authorities of "being indifferent" towards Muslim terror to which the remaining Serb are daily exposed in Sarajevo suburbs which came under federal authority. The UN condemns "robbery and intim idation of the Serbs, which took place first of all in Ilidza".

MOSCOW - The Russian media transmit the news that the life of the remaining 500 Serbs in Ilidza turned into a real heal, after the Muslim police entered this municipality. The deputy Russian minister of foreign affairs, Igor Ivanov, stated that "it is too early for the RS president Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic to retire from the democratic process". "The ques tion of their participation at the election which should be held by this September, was not solved", said Ivanov, adding that "Russia does not agree with the provision of the Dayton agreement according to which persons indicted for war crimes by the Hague Tribunal will not be allowed participation at the elections".

DOBOJ - The RS ministry of internal affairs announced that the Doboj authorities possess information that Muslim extremists are planning a sabotage in the Doboj area. This information was confirmed by centres of public and state security, warning that Muslim terrorists and mujaheddin are carrying out the final preparations for sabotages in Teslic, Petrovo, Mrca, Samac, Brod and Derventa. The main target of the attack should be members of the international organisation and forces, vital objects and important enterprises and some individuals.

BRCKO - The RS and Muslim Commissions for POW agreed, at their meeting at IFOR base near Brcko, to exchange lists of prisons in which POWs are still being held. IFOR and IPTF repre sentatives would, with the presence of members of the two Commis sions, carry out the release all of remaining prisoners, accord ingly to the Dayton agreement.

ANKARA - At the Ankara Conference, earlier showed Europe U.S.A. dissension regarding the main objective of the armament project for the Muslims in B-H, reports Muslim RadioSarajevo. The EU refused to participate in military aiding the MuslimCroat Federation, considering it as being a dangerous game, and that the arms deliveries would endanger peace and efforts being done to make this peace stable.

ZAGREB - Arms supplies from the Gulf and Vietnam wars could be used for arming the CroatMuslim Federation, reports "Nedeljna Dalmacija"". Citing western military sources, the paper claims not the latest models, but obsolete types of arms are to be delivered to the Federation.

MOSTAR - The special forces of the Croatian Republic of HerzegBosnia (HR H-B) announced a parade by streets of Mostar, which is in opposition to the status of this city as a demilita rised zone, where the presence of any military formation is forbidden, reports AFP. While referring to a statement by an officer of the European police, AFP says that "the Croats did not even consider it appropriate to inform the EU of their intention to organise a parade". /end/
