Is anyone else as SICK as I am of "Evenhandedness"?!! I can't believe the
audacity of the world in trying to make all "sides" look equal in this war
lately. Adm. Smith holding "all sides responsible" for the firing on
British aircraft is wrong!
This "lets not take sides" attitude, in my opinion, applies to that report
of U.S. soldiers not being allowed to go into Tuzla, meet real Bosnians,
and hear the true story of this war. Instead, they are being
propagandized by their commanders to believe that the Bosnians are people
of "thousands of hears of ethnic hatreds" and are somehow all equally to
blame for the carnage of this war. Everyone is to forget that genocide
occured (occurs).
The most terrible part of it is that I think it will only embolden the
aggressors--harden their stance--and lead to more war sooner or later.
The aggressors needed to be defeated to end this violence. Kow-towing to
them, having coffee with them, treating monsters with supreme respect...I
predict it will come back to haunt the world.
