Anagnostopoulos, Demetra E.: Born in Boston, MA. B.A. cum laude in Classics, English Literature and Women's Studies from Tufts University (1990); M.A. in Communications Studies from Emerson College specializing in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations. Demetra is currently working as a Business Development & Marketing Associate at Interaction Associates, a management consulting and training firm in Cambridge, MA. She is a member of HRI's Executive Body representing the Public Relations Group since 1994.

Bousnakis, Ioannis V.: Born in Katerini, Greece, holds a BS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from NTUA (1990) and an MBA from Northeastern University (1993). Currently, working as an independent consultant to the maritime industry and is the Editor of the journal of ship finance Marine Money International.

Covas, Natasha: Born in London, UK. Athens College Graduate (1992). Harvard University AB in Government expected in June 1996.

Dellarokas, Chrysanthos: Born in Athens, BS in Electrical Engineering from NTUA (1984), and MS in Computer Science from MIT (1991), where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate, designing new tools and methods for business pro cess reengineering. He has worked as a management consultant in Greece, Switzerland, and the USA.

Karavitaki, Kiriaki-Domenica: Born in Chania, Crete. BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University (1992), and MS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University (1995). She is currently a Research Assistant at th e Hearing Research Center of Boston University where she develops instrumentation and image processing software, and conducts physiological experiments. She has worked at the Laser and Application Division of the Foundati on for Research and Technology-Hellas. She is a member of the HRI's Executive Body representing the Public Relations Group.

KeridisDimitris: Doctoral Candidate of International Relations at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. He is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and the Law Aca demy of the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. His main academic interests are European integration, Balkan security, and theories of international relations and conflict resolution. He has been awarded n umerous scholarships and research grants from US and European institutions. He has published book reviews and short papers on post-communist Balkans.

Kouris, Andreas: Born in Greece, is currently studying Communications at Boston University. He has five year experience in newspaper and magazine publishing and in radio and TV broadcasting. He is a member of the Execut ive Body of HRI and the Associate Editor and Production Manager of Emphasis, A Journal of Hellenic Issues.

Kyriakopoulos, Sotirios V: Born in Detroit, Michigan (1975). Graduated from Detroit Country Day School as an International Baccalaureate student (1993). Currently is a Chemistry concentrator and pre-med at Harvard Unive rsity. Research experience includes a study of embryological development at University of Michigan Hospital and chemical biology at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Moustakas, Aris: Born in Athens, BS with honors in Physics from California Institute of Technology (1990), MA in Physics from Harvard (1992), where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate, specializing in strongly interacting e lectron systems.

Panera-Nikolaidou, Semiramis: Born in Thessaloniki, Greece in April, 1968. In 1986 she graduated from the “Anatolia” American College in Thessaloniki. She received her Law Degree (L.L.B.) in 1991 and her L.L.M. speciali zing in Commercial Law in 1994, both from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece. She worked with two legal offices based in Thessaloniki for three years. She left Greece in 1994, and is currently living in Boston, MA. She has been an associate member of the Executive Body of HRI since May 1994, and a member since May 1995.

Paneras, Demetrios E: Born in Chicago, IL. BS cum laude in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University (1990), MS in Electrical Engineering (Digital Signal Processing) from Boston University (1992), where he is curre ntly a Ph.D. candidate in Electrical Engineering specializing in Speech Recognition Systems.

Sfatos, Chryssostomos: Born in Kavala, Greece (1968), Ptychion in Chemistry, (1990) National University of Athens, M.A. in Chemistry (1993) Harvard U., Ph.D. in Chemistry (1995), Harvard U. Field of study: Theoretical Bio physics, protein structure, polymer physics of systems with randomness and theory of evolution. Current Status: Post-doctoral fellow, Harvard U.

Varvitsiotis, Miltiadis J: Born in Athens, 1969 -Law Degree, 1994, National University of Athens-Law School -Current Status: M.A. candidate, Harvard U. -Field of Study: Government/International Relations

Zafiriou, Konstantinos: Born in Athens, BS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University (1994). He is currently a MS student at the Mechanical Engineering Department of Northeastern University, specializing on the design and testing of helical reaction hydraulic turbines at the Hydro-Pneumatic Power Laboratory. He has worked in Greece as a mechanical engineering assistant. He is a member of the HRI's Executive Body representing the Fundraising Committee.

Agretelis, Stacey: Born in Boston, Massachusetts, holds a BS in Business Administration (1986) and an MBA (1988) both from Northeastern University. From 1988 to 1990 was employed by Numerix Corporation as a Financial Ana lyst. Since 1990, has been employed by John Hancock most recently as an Investment Analyst for the company’s Bond & Corporate Finance Group.

Kaskavelis, Christos: BS in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Brown University (1991), MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University (1993) where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate working on the design, f unction, and optimization of production and distribution systems.

Korliras, Athena Daphne: Born in Pittsburgh PA, graduated from the American Community Schools in Athens, Greece. Currently a sophomore majoring in Economics and minoring in French at Boston University.
