The Railway Station
Thessaloniki's railway station was built in 1960. It is situated in Vardaris, near the old railway station, which in nowdays has become a commercial station.

The old railway station brings back to memory a lot of events, such as the railway connection with Europe in 1888, and the exodus of 50,000 Jewish people of Thessaloniki during the 2nd World War.
